From The Archives. Video Clips From
Christmas in the Northwest Holiday Specials

In 2004, Christmas in the Northwest Volume 7 featured the song Saving Up Christmas, written by Hummie Mann and Sue Ennis, and sung by Loni Rose. It’s a beautiful love song from the point of view of a military wife longing to celebrate Christmas with her husband who is fighting overseas. That year, we were able to reunite one couple for the holidays, bringing home a soldier from Iraq and surprising his wife in front of a live audience at the Admiral Theatre in Bremerton, and in front of a large Seattle television audience. Here are the clips from that memorable night.

Michael Tomlinson performs his song “On Christmas Day” in 2004. Performing with Michael are: Terry O’Brien on Mandolin, Mary O’Brien on Bass and Kristy Smith on Vocals.
