The music of Stella by Starlight has been described as catchy, melodic, lush and textured.

The centerpiece of the band’s sound is the vocals of Shelley Dael Walker and Amy Allsopp, which range from girlish to gravelly and blend into sweet pop harmonies.

The band’s natural knack for combining classic and recent influences produces songs that seem familiar yet new.

Members have played with a varied group of Seattle bands and solo artists including Bicycle, Blue Collar Love, Brent Amaker & the Rodeo, the Drop, Late Tuesday and Shelley Dael Walker.
