David Lanz and Paul Speer met at a Seattle recording studio in 1980 and quickly became close friends, sharing much in their musical philosophies and tastes in music.
Soon after their first meeting, Paul purchased some recording equipment and David and Paul went to work exploring musical ideas. It was during this period that the tone was set for their directions as solo artists and David's first album, "Heartsounds" came into being as well as Paul's first solo outing, "Collection 983: Spectral Voyages."
Today, Piano Superstar David Lanz bridges the gap between contemporary instrumental music and popular hit songs. His multi-million selling albums have won him recognition world-wide as a musical trend-setter whose talents encompass both recordings and the concert stage.
Today, Paul Speer is a successful solo recording artist, visual artist, recording studio owner and producer with over 100 albums to his credit.
