Aleteena Mobley For Aleteena Mobley, the age of four was an important one. She started her singing career at the age of four, performing with the Beacon Hill First Baptist Church Angel choir. And she composed her first song, "You'll Always Be My Friend." She also learned that she was "able to play the piano depending only on God and my ear."

At the age of nine, she became the youngest member of the Beacon Hill Mass Choir, feeling so honored to have the chance to sing with such wise adults who took her in with great kindness. She also had the opportunity to write choir songs, the first one entitled "For Each Victory," which she sang for the Ushers' Annual Day.

Now 21-years old, Mobley attends Bethum Cookman College in Daytona Beach Florida, majoring in physics and music technology. She has received numerous awards while participating in the NAACP ACT So (Academic Cultural Scientific Olympics), performed for Vice President Al Gore and Judge Joe Brown and participated in KONG TV's "Give Me the Mike" contest this past summer.
